• Vertical Autoclave Design: Built to meet international quality standards.

• Lid and Locking System:

o The lid is designed to be operated via a square handle at the top.

o All locking systems and lids are made from thick gun metal, chrome plated for durability.

• Outer Shape: The outer body is rectangular, providing a stable structure.

• Water Level & Pressure: These are locked in an enclosure for safe operation.

• Castor Wheels: Provided at the bottom for easy mobility.

• Documentation: Supplied with complete IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification) documentation for compliance.

Safety and Control Features

• Triple Safety System: Equipped with a triple safety system for secure operation.

• Extra Heater: Comes with an extra heater that can be activated as needed using a separate switch.

• Automatic Water Inlet Valve: Ensures proper water supply during operation.

• Temperature Controller cum Indicator: Allows easy monitoring and adjustment of temperature.
